我是在网上预订的,结果航班延误了。我请求他们退款,因为我没办法入住,也解释了情况,但他们连一半的钱都不肯退给我。由于我遇到的问题,他们拒绝了取消请求,也不同意免费退款,就这么把钱扣下了,我根本没住到房间。以后大家千万不要订这家酒店,这太不公平了。一分钱都不给退,或者至少退一半也不行,我觉得这太不值了。
性价比高的汽车旅馆
服务太差劲了!他们骗你!付押金的时候要小心,退房后一定要检查房间,因为他们会编造谎言,说你的房间有烟味,即使没有,然后还要收费。我之前在前台遇到过另一个人抱怨过一些事情。我要求他们出示证据,经理却说她不需要出示。太可怕了
我们被收取了两次押金,因为前台说第一张卡没有刷到。我们告诉他两张卡都被扣款了,并表示会退还其中一张。第二天仍然没有退款,所以我们问前台发生了什么事。他们说,即使我们出示了前一天晚上的两笔交易,他们也找不到这两张卡的记录。我还乘电梯下到一层楼,被困在电梯里,不得不等待
我下午3点入住,房间到晚上7点30分还没准备好。之后我去吃晚饭消磨时间,但前台反复打电话询问房间是否可用,始终无人接听。那天晚上晚些时候,有人试图进入我的房间,管理人员打算让他们进去,因为他说那是他的房间。没有人打电话到房间或打我的手机确认这个人是否和我同行,他只是来到我家门口找管理人员。前台人员手里拿着房卡,正准备让他进我的房间,因为他说那是他的房间。千万不要住这家酒店。
我没有住这家酒店。我和妻子女儿一起住。那里脏得要命。我们发现床上有女人的头发,床单上沾满了难看的东西。我们立刻离开,要求管理人员退款,但一开始他们不愿意。最后,我和他们争辩,并告诉他们我会报警投诉,他们才说会把钱退给我。到现在我还没收到退款。这是一次非常不愉快的经历。
房间很宽敞,标着是无烟房,但其实是吸烟房。小厨房周围的插座坏了。符合ADA标准的淋浴排水不畅,电视遥控器坏了,前台也没有替换的。
但总的来说,在当地这个价位,这家酒店还算不错。

房间里有一股怪味。床和床单很脏。房间看起来很破旧,地板需要拖地。冰箱里有腐烂的食物!!浴室很脏,需要打扫。
由于是通过第三方预订的,所以我无法获得退款。我再也不会住这里了!
