The hotel is a joke in terms of conditions and basic cleaning. The staff does not have basic training in communicating with guests. One of the worst hotels one can find in Craiova. On top, you end up sleeping 3h/ night if they have a party booked at the 1st floor ( restaurant & terrace).

The staff was not smiling at all (this is quite common in Romania though) Room was just average The bad experience was when we noticed that the bed was not prepared and that there was a folded sheet on the bed that we had to unfold and had to prepare the bed ourselves !!!!!!

The hotel is somehow accessible. Free parking which is good. The interior is quite kitchy. The rooms however are nice and have a modern feel. Except for the elevator..a little weird. Breakfast was ok, some diversity. Staff was nice and could speak English.
干净的房间，不是很宽敞，但有迷你吧，厕所和淋浴，电视，简单但足够的早餐，热情的欢迎以及友好和乐于助人的工作人员，我会毫不犹豫地回来，利用不远处的圣诞市场
