Visited from 5/2 - 5/7 in 2025. My uncle is a disabled veteran and I booked our rooms a month prior. I specifically requested 2 handicapped accessible rooms 1 with a roll in shower. When we arrived I was told the entire 3 story facility had only 1 room with a Roll in shower and it was occupied. We had to call to request CLEAN TOWELS, we received towels only once and we were promised discount by the manager, NO DISCOUNT was given! We each paid over 900 each. Room #208 & 210. I loved the Walmart next door and the many restaurants close by.

This hotel is top of the line! My father and I stayed here for the 8th Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal District Planning Meeting and Community Christmas Concert. The room was very clean, fresh linen on the bed, and furnished with a refrigerator and microwave. The front desk staff was extremely nice and the continental breakfast was just wonderful and delicious!! They even had BACON!!! I would recommend this hotel 200% for a stay in Greenwood, Mississippi. I try enjoyed my stay! Keep up the GREAT job!

Hotel is very clean, room very comfortable. Looks like it has been recently updated. Housekeeping great! The only problem I have experienced and am still waiting for resolve is extra charges to my card. Because I had a cold I bought a can of soup for $7. They continue to charge my card even though I bought nothing else. Two days later I looked at my car and they charged an extra $22! I went to service desk and she said it was for incidentals and we'll be returned in three to five days after I checked out. This has been a business trip, my husband is a minister. I came along with him, and happened to buy a can of soup at the service desk. This is ridiculous! I have never experienced this at a hotel before and I've stayed at a lot. If you use your card to purchase items from them, they just continue to rob you every day!

This hotel is like new, there is no way you would know the age of this hotel. It is very well maintained, clean, safe, and perfect for business travel. I am very aware of all the different issues with traveling, however; you can be sure you will be taken care of at this location.

Was very pleased with our experience as Greenwood is not along any major thoroughfares. Hotel, room and fitness center were all clean and well kept. Bed linens were of high quality. If I had a complaint, it would be that the channel guide was not accurate and needs replacing.

Loved are stay here in Greenwood. The Comfort Is a Great Choice for Business or relaxation. Awesome Pool and extremely clean. I would recommend to all travelers. It is in a great location around good food and music
