We had trouble finding the front desk. asked at a golf course. It is not called the Homestead Resort. Little signage, It is called Homestead VI. Front desk is only staffed 8 to 6pm, You have to call for late check in.

The room was on the 2nd floor and the stairs were steep, the elevator very slow.
Also ******* was not gracious enough to refund a 2nd room on the 7th day before cancellation when no other family members could use the room. They said there was a computer breakdown of some kind.

I have stayed here twice a year, a week each stay, for five years. I was a bit disappointed this year. We needed new towels and they said we had to wash them ourselves. What? Also charges extra for a pack of coffee each day and for other personal products. I’m starting again in September, will see what it’s like. The golf course is closed and not a gorgeous view like it has been. But overall a very nice place to stay.

It was great to stay in a studio and prepare some of our meals. The kitchen was well equipped and met our needs. Bright light from the windows, well decorated and roomy. And the town of Lynden is beautiful! Mt. Baker and the Canadian mountains to the north were a wonderful sight. Loved it.
