Breakfast was nice and tasty. Love the biscuits and gravy. Did not have a car so that didn’t matter. Hotel was undergoing renovation so that was a small issue.

They are doing construction on the building on the first floor. However, it was not blocked off well so there was trash and dust everywhere. The room keys didn’t work properly. We had to ask multiple times for it to work. We were asked multiple times online how many people and then there weren’t enough towels for us he 4 of us.

The entrance was tricky i passed it because the one that is isnt clear. Check in was easy, staff was ok (not friendly but not rude). The room was nice and cold and the bed was comfortable. But we didnt know they were doing construction and our room had paint splatter everywhere, the restroom door didnt close because it was poorly sized and they didnt sweep the room which was obvious by the dust bunnies. It made me wonder if the sheets were even changed when i thought about it more. They did have signs by the elevator apologizing for the construction but i would have prefered the room we were in was not still a work in progress. It looks like it will get better but for now, i was not thrilled.

Terrible experience
This location is under renovation, the hotel is very dusty in hallways, our room refrigerator was leaking had water on floor, baseboards were dusty. Bathroom had gnats in tub, dead bugs in bathroom also. Definitely will not return to this location

Upon check in the lobby looked nice. Saw some workers and asked if they were under renovation, yes they are.
First problem-no notice of renovation
Went to room, didn’t get that good of a look as we had to leave right away. Our bad.
Second problem-state of room.
No toilet paper or even toilet paper dispenser.
Bathtub looked as if someone put cleanser on and then left it.
The floor in the bathroom was seriously dirty.
The floor in the hallway was atrocious.
There were no light bulbs in the lights next to bed, no electrical to far side of bed.
The list goes on, but you get my drift.
Went and discussed with gentleman at desk the next morning. He was not happy that I wanted money back for second night because I was not staying again. Late night first night kinda stuck.
This property should not be booking rooms while renovating. These conditions are not suitable.
