The staff were polite and helpful. The location was great for our activities and visit. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Renovations were being done so some quirks but not any real deal breakers. It was a good trip.

Roaches in rooms, under construction which was not mentioned that they would be when booked 3 months ago. Rooms were dirty, curtains torn and wet paint on door of my room as I was coming and going and water on floor by fridge

We did not realize the hotel was being remodeled. Very dusty and generally not clean in common areas. Several outlets in our room did not work. Night staff was not very friendly. Day staff was very friendly including the breakfast bar staff, always said good morning with a smile.

Breakfast was nice and tasty. Love the biscuits and gravy. Did not have a car so that didn’t matter. Hotel was undergoing renovation so that was a small issue.
