The night staff was very accommodating, positive vibes, nice and polite. The only thing was disappointing was the breakfast. We were in the hall by 730am and most of the baked goods were gone already and waffle maker was gone

Fix the doors around back side so that you need a keycard to get in so not everyone can get in off the street.
Coffee & hot water were cold in lobby & breakfast coffee was not all that hot.

Surprisingly nice! Clean, comfortable, and pool and sauna area was awesome! Only downside was no room in the breakfast area and people just hanging out having coffee so no room to grab food or sit...not the Inn's fault.

Family trip
This trip was a family trip. The hotel itself was nice. Clean hot tub, pool and room. Ben at the front desk was very rude. Complained about owner not working and he was on 20 days straight as an excuse for his actions. The young lady working the front desk on the midnight shift very pleasant friendly and just a great personality.

Exceptionally good value for a family owned & operated Inn. Clean, well appointed, fast internet, safe & quiet. It even has a small coach & comfortable side chair. Fantastic value

Great facility and staff and Is definitely stay here again if I was in the area. My only complaint is that the we were in a first floor room and the floor above us squeaked loudly every time the guest in the room above us moved or walked across the floor. Otherwise, everything was great.

The beds were hard, and the pull out sofa had mold on the mattress area. The positive was the continental breakfast had pre-made egg sandwiches which was a nice addition to the usual waffles, cereal, yogurt breakfast. My child made a waffle that stuck to the waffle maker (they got as much waffle out as possible), the man taking care of the breakfast area made his displeasure to that known.
因为我只有1500封信，所以我打算写个Cliff note版本。那地方简直是垃圾场，服务也很糟糕。我们一进门就没人接待，前台的那个人很懒，穿得像要去烧烤一样，语无伦次。我们三天内激活了10次钥匙，空调坏了，电视遥控器坏了，零食贩卖机也坏了，空调坏了他们还拒绝换房间，浴缸底部的条带被灰尘弄得发黑，没有塑料浴帘，只有布。他们连一根爪子都伸不到浴缸对面，导致地板都湿透了。我轻轻地把毛巾挪过去插上吹风机的电源，毛巾杆断了。我向前台的人求助了五六次，他竟然还厚颜**地说他不敢相信这么多人抱怨。我宁愿睡在车里。
他们竭尽全力想要升级酒店，但开车上去后，酒店似乎关门了。景观设计被忽视，显得有些破败，不太吸引人。大堂翻新过，但感觉很昏暗。酒店内部装修虽然很廉价，但就是感觉不够舒适。指示牌还在墙上，没有照片。隔壁房间墙上的照片在夜里掉了下来。家具很廉价，而且因为潮湿而起泡。感觉很脏。我们每晚支付近200美元，我原本以为这个价格能住到更好的酒店。我本来以为只需付一半的价格就能住到这样的酒店。不过，酒店看起来很干净，员工也很友好。附近有很多餐厅。
