I stayed for 9 days and the room was cleaned only once, and that was only because I requested it. I believe the cleaning service should be more consistent.

I received a call from staff saying that i needed to pay for my room, before I even arrived. I choose "Pay at Property" for a reason. I have never had anyone call me and told me i needed to pay for my room before getting there. I was having car issues and then to receive a notification that my room had been canceled was ridiculous!! I will never stay at at LA Quinta again!

When I arrived at LaQuinta Hutchins, the parking was convenient and close to the front entrance. The staff greeted me with excellent service, and I was in my room within minutes because I used pre-recheck-in before arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. Speaking to other issues encountered during the stay, the breakfast did not meet my expectations compared to other locations. Luckily, McDonald's is within walking distance. I give the stay four and a half stars.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Parking was easy and convenient and well lighted. Air conditioning was comfortable and cool.

浴室的地板开裂且不稳,感觉随时都会掉下去。瓷砖和地毯的裂缝之后,去书房和卧室也出现了同样的问题,真不敢相信他们居然允许住在那里。马桶每次都要冲两次水,空调风力也不够,房间根本凉不下来。早餐超级便宜,没有鸡蛋,只有煮鸡蛋,我从来没有住过这么便宜却价格这么贵的酒店。我再也不会住这家酒店,也不会再住其他 LaQuinta 酒店了,你们竟然代表这家酒店,真是丢脸!

早餐简直是笑话。小香肠、硬饼干和冷肉汁。电视只有几个频道,而且菜单是错的,客人被告知要到第一个服务台去换正确的。马桶堵塞了,维修工把我带到了柱塞那里,让我自己去洗。
