酒店位于哈勒姆，就在大教堂前面，非常好找。员工友善，乐于助人。房间也很干净。

非常喜欢酒店的地理位置，离市场和教堂都很近。酒店的氛围也很棒，非常舒适！
员工友善，房间窗户可以打开，咖啡美味，迷你吧不错，浴室宽敞豪华，床很舒服，还有额外的枕头，而且可以自己调节恒温器。房间比预期的豪华房要小一些，但其他方面都很好。家具略显陈旧，风格非常经典，虽然与酒店的整体风格相符，但如果能更现代一些就更好了。
与其说是四星，不如说是三星。酒店设有三个露台、一个地下停车场和一个自行车库，吸引了来自主广场的派对狂欢者：即使在工作日，这里也一直喧闹到凌晨1点或2点。
非常好，但是对于一家四星级酒店来说，房间里竟然没有瓶装水，这很令人惊讶
