The associates were friendly and helpful. There is no elevator. The stairs to the 2nd floor need better lighting as we felt they were rather dangerous.

The pool was great, they had bikes to check out for the trail. Breakfast was not great and the bed were below expectation.

The staff was very nice. Room was ok, they have tried to update this very old hotel. Bathroom was in ok condition, didnt take a shower. The skunk smell outside was pretty bad but this area is known for that. Room was quiet.

Cute decor, nice staff, but not worth the cost
Staff were super nice, however for the price, I don't think the room is worth it. I usually stay at Richland Inn & Suites for quite a bit less and their rooms are equal in size, overall cleanliness, and amenities if you're traveling for business. I actually think they have bigger tv's and nicer bathrooms.

This property was great! Awesome if you have kids because of the pool and game room. Breakfast was good too. The bathroom area in the room was small and needs updating but otherwise they have done an amazing job renovating the place! We come to Tri-cities every summer for softball tournaments and we will be back!

Having a hotel circling a pool is AWESOME. We loved it. If i were on a date or something, I might not enjoy the noise but we specifically were here for it.
Will definitely come again.

I prepaid for two nights. I let the front desk know that I only needed one night before I checked in...Then I notified ******* who called front desk and was told supervisor wasn't available. I asked front desk and they lied about that. I paid two nights for a cigarette smell filled noisey room. They refused my refund!!!
