We had booked a standard room that turned out to be horrible with a motel vibe next to the parking lot, poor service and the large swimming pool was closed. As we had travelled with our baby and didn’t want to find a new hotel we decided to do an upgrade on the room, that was expensive (but plus for giving us a better price than online and helping out) but a completely different experience with nice view and amazing room and suddenly the service got much better. If you stay, don’t book a standard room or plan to not spend time in the room

It is NOT a resort! Important to say to future guests. It is a nice hotel, the room is beautiful, the restaurants are good. But, definitely not a resort! The pool and kids facilities are only on July (peak of summer) . It is Not kids friendly! My children didn’t have anything to do all the 3 days here. There isn’t a spa, an indoor pool or sauna (we are in New England, the weather is something we know!). So for that couple of reasons I can tell you IT IS NOT A RESORT, just a nice hotel! The staff was amazing, at least 🙌

作为一家屡获殊荣的五星级酒店，作为首次入住庆祝结婚纪念日的客人，此次服务水平远低于我的预期。客房服务部忘记送纸杯蛋糕，而我原本同意额外付费为我的丈夫和女儿准备惊喜。我们满怀期待地从泳池跑回房间三次，酒店却只简单地道歉并允许我们延长退房时间？我们明明已经安排了中午12点退房，但到了上午11:30，酒店却告知我们无法继续入住。我原本期待酒店能做出一些补偿，哪怕只是提供一些帮助，以弥补之前的不足，但感觉他们根本没有任何努力。考虑到房间的价格以及酒店内设有一家不错的咖啡厅，一个简单的举动就能让我们感到很满意……
第一次来这里。我从未去过科德角，所以我研究了住宿地点，结果“Wequassett Resort”不断出现。我阅读了客人的评论，一切都很积极，所以我预订了那里的住宿。哇，太棒了！这里很漂亮，很干净，员工穿着得体，很专业，也很友善！我们一定会再来这里住的！
优点：餐厅和阳台很漂亮，可以看到美丽的水景。
缺点：正如其他评论者所说，房间很陈旧，我的小屋没有任何户外空间。考虑到这个价格，我希望能有更好的空间。
大楼结构很差。我能听到楼上人们说话和洗澡的声音，就好像他们在同一个房间里一样。不幸的是，这件事发生在早上五点半。
很喜欢我们的住宿。升级到观景房，物有所值。庭院和泳池都很漂亮。餐厅价格昂贵但味道很好。只是希望园丁不要在早上 8 点启动嘈杂的除臭机。
