Location is central to the town, staff is accommodating and will take you anywhere anytime in Aspen. J Bar is legendary. Staff is very attentive. Tips are included in all tabs. A piece of old Aspen exists (with modern updates & conveniences) !

One jacuzzi didn’t work.
In the past at night I would get special things Like a cookie or hot coco. That no longer happens. The maid would come way too early. Like 8 am. And wake me.
The tea service in the room was great. The soda choice in the fridge was not enough. Only one ginger ale
