房间超舒适 而且环境很好 还体验了按摩服务 按完后很舒服 泳池也很干净 除此之外 躺在沙滩上晒太阳真的太舒服了 酒水都是免费的 饭菜种类多样不重复 整体来说入住体验非常不错！！ 推荐呀呀呀呀呀
携程定了房2300+，因为有其他朋友同行，写了邮件给酒店，额外付了3300+升级成家庭房，也就是两个房间连通，共用一个厕所。所以5600+我收获了比国内全季设备还差的酒店。酒店公区不错，餐食丰富并且看得出很努力，可是不适合中国人的口味。房间最离谱，设施如图，房间热水冷水也是反的，行李箱都打不开，除了床，简直家徒四壁，携程的图片感觉不符

六月入住的，整个度假村只有我们一家是东方人，所以刚到前台，工作人员就叫出我的名字了。喜欢全包式度假村，和家人在一起很悠闲，饮料小食畅吃，工作人员也很友好
酒店靠近海边有点潮湿，淡季整体还是不错。几个bar的酒单都一样，品种比较单一。早晚餐选择很多，但味道一般。

作为在旅游行业工作多年的人，我非常喜欢这家酒店。我要感谢所有的员工，特别是Burak先生、Elif女士、Sema女士、Doğan先生，以及餐饮部副经理Önder先生，还有从安保到前台的所有员工，感谢他们的礼貌和优质服务。这是一家从清洁度到服务质量都堪称完美的酒店👍🙏……恭喜Jiva大家庭！✌️❤️
这家绝了，有livehouse，很嗨，虽然自助不太适合中国胃，但是随时来一杯真的很开心，住的家庭房！
酒店的设计和氛围都很棒。所有细节都考虑周到，设计精美。我们对食物很满意，没有发现任何质量不佳的地方。唯一让我们觉得有些不适的是，服务员们总体来说非常友善，但他们似乎对游客有积极的偏袒，会优先服务他们，我们有这种感觉。不过，总的来说，我还是会因为酒店的其他所有优点而推荐它。
这是我第二次入住Jiva Beach酒店，时隔七年，服务依然卓越。餐厅新增了扩建部分，菜品种类和餐饮服务都非常出色，员工们总是竭尽所能地提供帮助。特别感谢餐厅的Atakan、Musa、Tansu，以及前台的Samira和Oguz。
海滨区也进行了改造，增设了新的海滩酒吧，配备了新日光浴躺椅，下午还为鸡尾酒爱好者们准备了欢乐时光。
绝佳的地理位置，最棒的美食和优秀的员工——一次愉快的假期所需的一切都在这里了！
餐厅的自助餐很丰盛，咖啡厅也不错。晚上有点吵，能听到青蛙叫。不过能看到可爱的猫咪。
