The condition of the room wasn’t very good but the bathroom was deplorable. The room wasn’t serviced after the first night, no fresh towels, bathroom not cleaned. We were out of the room all day and it could have been serviced at any time. We left shortly after coming back to the room to sleep. No refund was offered. No apologies for poor service.

Disappointed.
When traveling I like to have a comfortable bed and a working bathroom.
Bed was not the most comfortable. Toilet did not flush had to plunge it and have maintenance at the room daily and mostly throughout the day when I was in the room.
Had a smell to the room. I usually don’t watch TV couldn’t even get that to work.
Wasn’t supplied with any wifi code.
No privacy sign.
No daily housekeeping.
I know it’s not a middle to high class hotel but it could be maintained better.
Don’t advertise free breakfast when it’s only hot coffee and hot tea.

Beware! Fake Red Roof Hotel
The photos they use on the app of ********* is fraudulent. The room looked nothing like the pictures and there were flies in the bathroom. The place was gross!

Decent hotel for one night
I just needed a hotel for one night to break up a long drive to Washington DC. This hotel was fine. Nothing special. Just a decent room for one night.

Bed like sleeping on the floor rock hard..relocated to a different room for last two nights. Yelling screaming obscene couple directly below would not stop after reporting three separate times. Internet out. Ice machine only on second floor. First floor unit removed. No linen or towel service on second and third night. Never again w/ Red Roof Inn

他们不让我办理入住,也不肯从我的信用卡扣款。我本来想在下午3点前1小时8分钟办理入住,结果他们要额外收取我20美元,而房间价格是64美元。我说我要给差评并举报他们,结果她拒绝让我入住,也不肯退款。
总体来说我的住宿体验还不错,但清洁方面有待提高。我的浴室非常脏,每个角落都布满了污垢和灰尘。房间的地板黏糊糊的,感觉需要好好拖一下,所以我进房间都穿着鞋。
