504室。明显需要维护和修理。从楼下的浴室开始，它有典型的管道问题的难闻气味。厨房里的微波炉缺少一条腿，使用时它会不停地移动。楼梯下的小木凳的板条完全松动了。底楼不提供暖气。房间壁橱的推拉门不好用。软饮料和食品机器很少有人看管。食品机没有运行，汽水机几乎是空的。
