I got in late and I was afraid it might be a problem. It was fine except they couldn't find my reservation. The guy at the front desk was great he said he would give me a room and figure it out later. I had my infirmation, he just couldn't find it in their system. The women working the breakfast station in the morning was great too !

It had rained and a lot of the parking lot was a lake. The gal who checked us in was sloppily dressed, wearing an over sized sweat shirt and a backwards baseball cap. Hair was also unkempt. Not a good representative of the establishment.

There was a major power outage in a huge area around us. The power went off about 8:30 pm and was still off when I left at 10:30 am. I’m not in any way blaming the hotel for the power outage but everyone who worked there just picked up and left. They left the outside doors open. For late arrivals? Were they supposed to sleep in the hallways? The hotel was anything but full and they could have informed us of their plans.

No frills, but fit the bill
Mark was great at checking in.
It’s a relatively new hotel, however it already showing ware on stuff. I imagine it’s budget materials for a budget hotel. That’s said, bed and bathroom was clean. Hotel clean also.
Fitness center was closed, not a big deal for me. I was disappointed our window wouldn’t properly lock on one of the latches and when a pop up storm rolled through(which happens often for this area) the wind was awful to listen to because it leaked through.
Be mindful of the parking if you have an RV or trailer longer than one parking spot. The owners monitor parking and tow any vehicles not properly parking. RVs and trailers are to park in the back gravel area.

It was good to see.the breakfast attendant busy serving guest needs. Stocking up and cleaning was continuous.

The breakfast was amazing, hotel was clean. The beds need to be a bit softer. But all in all great.
