The staff was nice and friendly, but the hotel seemed smelly and dirty. The shower had a little bit of mold in it, and the halls & room were musty and smelly. The rug seemed dirty and the bottom of our socks gave evidence to that. The breakfast was cereal, Swiss Miss envelopes of hot chocolate, and envelopes of oatmeal. We come up into the area often to visit relatives, and I don't believe we'll be going back to this hotel.....despite the fact that the staff was friendly.

My tv didn’t work and upon asking front desk the “manager” had no idea how to work newly installed tvs. She waited for another young man to assist who was for the next shift ( we waited a hour) who he then stayed the tv just wasn’t working. We went down stairs to be told they have been sold out for the night and there was no available tv that we would be able to use. Would not recommend!

This is your everyday average 3 star Hotel. The King Bedroom Suite is comfortably large and costs just a little more $ and is recommended. Much of the Housekeeping staff does not speak English which can be a BIG hassle. The Breakfast is VERY good with many choices including eggs/bacon/sausage or ham slices. A nice waffle maker and many other things to enjoy. HOWEVER we saw the Breakfast attendant work without plastic gloves, putting food like Bagels, muffins etc on the Buffet with her bare hands. A no no definitely. We stayed a week and did enjoy the stay. Will use this Hotel again if prices stay competitive. Also note that although the Housekeepers could not understand me, they did a good job of cleaning the room and I did leave them a tip.

Total lie that it has EV chargers. All they have are the outdated CCS and even had I had an adapter you have to pay to charge. Guy at the front desk couldn’t figure out my email address though I spelled it out slowly three times. Same difficulty with my license plate. Avoid.

We chose this hotel berthed took pets. Unfortunately they didn’t have a designated dog walk area or trash receptacle for dog refuse. It would have been nice to know where they wanted the dogs walked.

While check in was good. The room could have been cleaned better in between guests, especially the toilet and bathroom.
Limited breakfast options. Rude staff clearing area while we were selecting breakfast. Poor customer service and hospitality.

The pictures did not exceed my expectation. I left the do not disturb sign on the inside of my room, expecting someone to clean it but no one did

This property didn't meet good standards. Complaint was with the room. The furniture needed to be updated, and the bathtub had a very rusty hand bar!! There was a distinct smell, we had to open up the window. Never experience this in one of your hotels before.
