My wife and I had been very pleased staying at this hotel. Our room was comfortable, nice and clean. All receptionists and other employees are very kind. Location is great; just 30 minutes from the St. Louis Art Museum and other attractions. This hotel is in a safe area with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good. Finally hotel is very affordable. There is also a swimming pool (we didn't have time to use it). Next time we'll visit St. Louis we will stay there again.

I found this booking on the Hopper app for $69. I read the reviews on trip advisor and decided to book. Front desk staff was friendly but hotel (motel) itself was super sketch. The room was super dated and old carpet, tiny bathroom but overall “clean” except for the bedside lamp. I have uploaded a pic. It’s not dust so I’m not sure what it is. Area is sketchy too. It’s pet friendly but no good place to walk your pet ; and as a woman I would not walk my dog alone . I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was a nice size, especially for a room with a king-sized bed, however, the bathroom is very small. The vanity for the bathroom is in the main room. The four cup coffee maker was nice. The bed was comfortable, however, the walls are thin and you can hear people in the other room. TV was in HD with good selections. The internet was around 6 MB, but I had problems using Skype. I think the connection sort of goes in and out based on traffic. I requested a smoking room, which was part of my purchasing decision for choosing this hotel. I prefer hotels with smoking rooms. The sign on the door said no smoking, but inside the room were ash trays, so I was good to go! The desk space was nice, but the desk chair didn't adjust high enough, which made using the desk a bit uncomfortable. I'm tall, so I managed, but a short person would need to stack pillows on the chair. The breakfast wasn't great. Limited selection. A small breakfast space. Very modest at best.

Although the room was clean and the location was convenient, the breakfast wasn't great. Cereal, yogurt, white toast....nothing hot. I also had an issue while I was there and was told I had to speak to the manager. I was told on three occasions that the manager would be there at a certain time and rearranged my schedule to go to the hotel and speak to him. Each time I was told he wasn't there, finally I gave up. Plenty of other hotels to choose from.

Elevator was out of order. They offered to put us in a room on the 1st floor, but we couldn't get a king bed, so we walked up and down stairs to get the room we reserved.

Hotel was a bit dingy. It was a very busy weekend and it didn't seem as though there was adequate cleaning staff. Room was clean but hallways were a bit dirty.

This hotel managment is awful! I would not stay here. i booked a jacuzzi room, it didnt work at all and they said there was nothing they could do about it! Not even a small refund. All I asked for was the difference between a jacuzzi room and non-jacuzzi room which was like 20 dollars. They refused to do anything!
