The baseboards were dirty, there was mildew around the picture that hung above the bed, and there were bed bugs. I will never stay at this hotel again. Completely put a damper on our plans.

The E check-in was ridiculous because if you refused to put a picture of your drivers license on at the bottom then absolutely nothing else you would fill in, so the entire process was worthless and didn’t come up as I had a reservation at all. I took a lot of time to do it and feel it’s risky to have a picture of my drivers license put out there!

酒店回复: Sorry about the picture needed for the online check in. A lot of people do not like putting a picture of the ID anywhere online. That step must be put in to verify that the credit card belongs to the ID. That is the only way to verify it is you that is using your card. Sorry, but it is the only way.Management

The property felt very safe, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, no funny smells. Close to a lot of stuff. Great hotel for the price.

Well I was charged an extra 40 dollars at check in and the breakfast could have been better, went down two days and they were short on food.

酒店回复: The additional 40$ is not a charge. It is only a authorization that will drop off once original card is charged or within 5-7 days if you paid with an online booking company. It is for just in case incidentals.Management.
