Upon arrival, the front desk experience was disappointing. The staff member ignored multiple greetings, rolled his eyes, and seemed confused about our reservation until we provided the number. His claim of making people feel welcomed contradicted his actions. The room itself was problematic from the start. A strong, unpleasant odor greeted us despite the hotel's no-smoking and pet-free policy. The door had an excessive three locks, and the nearby light flickered constantly. Only one of the five room lights functioned properly. The room's condition was subpar. Drapes were falling off the rod, the flooring showed bubbles from recent remodeling, and water stains marred the ceiling. The sole chair in the room was stained and couldn't fit with the outdated work table. All furniture appeared scratched and unhygienic. The mini-fridge lacked shelves but included a small freezer. Numerous stains on walls and baseboards raised concerns about cleanliness. In the bathroom, the door handle was loose, the light produced a rattling noise, and the towel rack was damaged. The roll-in shower, while modern, had a lopsided chair with possible mold. The shower curtain was stained, and attempts to cover mold with paint were evident. Further issues included a loose toilet paper holder, excessively dirty air vents, a sink without a stopper, and visible dirt and mold around the sink's base. The bed's comfort was acceptable, but concerns about cleanliness led to sleeping fully clothed. Disturbingly, a used bottle of Vaseline was found while adjusting pillows. In summary, this ranks among the worst hotel experiences I've had. As a frequent traveler who stays in various hotels to recommend to clients, I would strongly advise avoiding this establishment at all costs.

I was there bcs business, just one night, I leave my earphones on the table, I maked the check out and started to drive to Indiana. When I detected that I leaved my earphones on the room table, I called the front desk, and the person there said ,they dont know nothing about it, and im sure I llave my earphones inside the room.

Room was utterly disgusting and crawling with roaches. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling and a make shift rubber sealant ***** peeled back from the bottom of the toilet. The room smelled of urine. My son took his shoe off and stepped onto the carpet, only to find the carpet soaked, which explained the urine smell. Roaches were in every part of that room the baseboards were pulled away from the wall and had roaches crawling down in between the baseboards and the walls. We left immediately and I told the front clerk that we refused to stay in a roach infested hotel and her only response was ok, no apology, no nothing. I left there with my skin and head crawling. This has left me no longer wanting to trust nor stay at any Wyndham hotel

This was just quick overnight pitsop for me on my trip to my destination. This hotel is reasonably priced and the room was reasonably. The service that I received was acceptable.

We had originally booked at the Day's Inn across the street but when they required a surprise $100 cash deposit and wouldn't refund the Wyndham points or work with us at all, we left and came across the street to this hotel. I'm glad we did. The staff was friendly and accommodating and only required a card number to hold on to in case of damage to the room (like most hotels). The rooms were clean and comfortable, the towels were soft and fresh, and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. We rested well and appreciated the hospitality and would choose this hotel again.

Enjoyable stay near several good restaurants. Courteous and helpful staff. Adequate parking. Would stay here again.

The Worst Hotel I've EVER SEEN! First, there's no elevator so we had to haul our suitcases up the steps. The lights in the hallways are hanging down and nearly falling off the walls. Our room smelled terrible the moment we walked in. The air conditioner was missing some pieces and was all exposed and very dirty/dusty. The lights were not very bright at all and the entire room was in rough shape. Carpet and floors missing torn or missing pieces, there was a hole in the bathroom door, there was a large gap in the bathroom where a piece of baseboard was missing. And WORST OF ALL... COCKROACHES! I stepped on a couple of small bugs in the bathroom when we first arrived and soon after found 2 decent sized roaches crawling around the bathroom. We packed everything up and I told both workers that our room had roaches and their response was "okay." And so we left and will absolutely never return to this or possibly even any other Super 8.
