The hotel is amazing Ive never been in hotel that everyone is so nice, and want to help you. The ones who gave me the best service was Rephael, he was making sure that everything is okay ALL THE TIME !! Dalia solved our problem with a smile. The food was absolutely amazing, fresh and hot. I will defenetly return.

The hotel is well located, about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach area. Karam at the reception desk was super helpful with a billing issue that he helped resolve. He responded to all my messages promptly and his customer service was excellent. I took advantage of an online upgrade offer to go from a Junior Suite to a Deluxe Suite at a very low upgrade price. The Deluxe Suite was much larger than the Junior Suite but there were a couple of issues. The Suite could use some renovations as it was a bit worn down and felt tired. Plus, it faced the road that the hotel was located on, and we heard traffic all night long. The bathroom was OK, although the height of the ledge to get into the bathtub/shower was higher than usual, so it could be a bit inconvenient for shorter people. The breakfast was good, with plenty of food options. Although there was parking on site (I was able to park on site), if the hotel is full up, parking may be an issue as there were a limited number of spots available.

This was my 2nd visit to the Leonardo Royal Resort Hotel Eilat in the past year. Once again I very much enjoyed my stay. All the facilities are great -- including the reception, lobby, dining room, pool and--of course--the rooms. The service is great. The breakfast is very good. In short, a very well managed hotel!
至少可以说，房间不干净，气味难闻，服务也很差。没有手提箱服务或电话订购。咖啡机很差而且大部分时间都无法工作。在我看来这是 2 星级酒店而不是 4 星级酒店。
酒店又脏又旧，有蟑螂和很多蚊子，甚至在餐厅区域也是如此，盘子不是 100% 干净，食物没有味道，工作人员很少而且很粗鲁，特别是在接待处，一位阿根廷妇女（我不知道她的名字）让我们等的时间比预期的要长，并给了我们一个糟糕的地下室房间，糟糕的经历，我们永远不会再回到这家酒店，根本没有五星级
优秀的酒店，靠近海滩和购物中心，附近还有许多餐厅和儿童场所，房间干净，床舒适，食物美味，服务很棒，这是埃拉特带孩子度假的完美酒店
