I DIDNT GET TO STAY BECAUSE OF THE HURRICANE. MY MONEY WAS STILL TAKEN AND DIDNT ISSUE ME A REFUND WHICH IS UNFAIR AND WRONG BECAUSE ITS A NATURAL DISASTER. I HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE. IM DISGUSTED

Amazing staff especially, Julia, JahNeil, Jovery, Moesha, Keeston, and another young man that got moved to Diamond Club because he is so good.

The food, the food, the food reminded me of a school cafeteria or TV dinner. The best meal we had was at the hibachi and Italian food. The bar tenders were friendly, a few were angry that they had to work. Overall, I had a good trip, but I wouldn't visit this resort again.

Due to the hurricane Melissa airports were closed and there were no accommodations given or offered at the resort. INSTEAD the resort manipulated the situation to gain more money from visitors. We we all given different rates just to stay one or two more days at the resort. There was no empathy, given our situation they even increased the rates for transportation. Night staff didn’t do their jobs for room service I’ve had to ask over 5 times for simple supplies like so or even a hair dryer.

很棒的度假村。酒店布局令人惊叹。Hideaway区域非常完善,员工也做得非常出色。特别要赞一下VIBE团队。Royalton区域有一个适合家庭的漂亮水上乐园。很喜欢这里的娱乐活动。没有任何抱怨。
大堂需要装空调或风扇,因为实在太热了。我很喜欢这里的俱乐部,员工们都非常友好且乐于助人。
食物令人惊艳……比大多数全包式酒店都好,度假村也很美……服务本可以更好,但总的来说是一次很棒的住宿体验,我肯定会再来的。
这家度假村很不错,特别适合那些寻求宁静的夫妇。
