I called a day ahead to check in early. I was told it was not an issue at 1:00 when arrived, the hotel told me to leave because the system was down and they could not check anyone in. So we had to wait until they could verify

This was my first visit, overall it was good. The person who checked me in did not tell me about breakfast hours or check out times. There should be a rail going down the steps for breakfast for the handicapped!
