今年夏天我们全家一起去了。去年我们去过Royalton酒店，非常满意。这次在牙买加住在这里，真是令人失望。公共场所的清洁度实在令人失望。客人非常吵闹。7个晚上，有5个晚上几乎没睡好。走廊和阳台上有人大声喧哗，泳池附近还有举办特别活动的户外音乐。我们联系了酒店的保安，但他们表示无能为力，因为噪音来自房间，而他们认为这里是私人场所。总之，这里是个聚会的好地方，但不太适合家庭聚会。不过，夏天的海滩非常漂亮，海水也非常平静。这里的食物和餐厅种类也非常丰富！
我可以因为某些原因给它0分，也因为其他原因给它5分；所以我觉得它还算中等。这栋楼体现了过去三十年美国新式建筑和美国潮流，或许可以稍微改造一下，但对于目标受众来说，应该还不错。这栋楼的布局非常适合美国人和加拿大人，他们从早到晚都会去这家全包式酒店吃吃喝喝，无论吃什么：就算是在牙买加，还是在黑山，也感觉不到有什么区别。重要的是整天吃吃喝喝，其他的都不重要。酒店的结构也体现了这种现状：房间中央有个按摩浴缸（这有什么用？），公共区域需要翻新，而且普遍缺乏清洁，墙壁多处剥落……另一方面，酒店中央的自助餐很不错，五家主题餐厅需要预订，虽然不错，但可以做得更好，酒吧随处可见（他们的鸡尾酒有点尴尬，他们水平太差！！但这些美国人根本不懂！！！）。白天的生活围绕着泳池：但有人注意到美丽、清澈、诱人的大海吗？嗯……怎么说呢？我们意大利人的选择很不一样。如果你想去牙买加，不同的酒店各有千秋；真正的牙买加就在这些酒店之外，即使你在这里参加一些非常精彩、有针对性的短途旅行，也可以去那里。但如果只是为了海滩度假，其他什么都不做，还有更好的选择。唯一不足的是酒店员工：总是面带微笑，态度普遍不太友好。真可惜。
