I didn't like this hotel, the breakfast was lacking and the bathroom in the room was tacky no bars to hang your towels on the shower curtain was raggly The only thing was good about it was the beds were comfortable and the double room was spacious but yeah I won't be staying there again

Room was large and had a sofa. There was too much light through the cracks in the blinds and devices in the room. Breakfast was inadequate and terrible.

The hotel was accessible to dinning and basic shopping areas. The rooms can use a deep clean to remove some smell. The hairdryer which is those old clunky wall ones was removed off the wall so when plugging in for use the wall holder would bang against the counter and make noise. They offer no hand soap but there was lotion in a dispenser on the wall and shampoo/conditioner in dispensers in the shower. The breakfast options were decent, there was a waffle maker! Only fruit option was apples..

While staying over night I was awoken at 2am to a mouse inside of a empty container. A darn mouse!! It came back shortly after then I was able to scare it off where it didnt come back. Grossed out for sure!

First of all we got into the room dirty sheets, clothes that wasn’t ours in the closet , the conditioner bottle inside the bathroom was empty. Pool area was dirty the wall looked like it had blood. And I had a bag and in the bag was a container of food the bag was bit and food (rice) on the floor meaning they had a mouse/rat , the key door kept locking us out the room when we left so housekeeping had to keep opening the room door for us. Just horrible and stinks in the lobby.

Staff appears unfriendly,detached and cold. Required a $50.00 deposit before receiving key to room.which was returned after I asked for it back reluctantly. Stated the deposit could not be applied to my credit card on file , it had to be cash. Then when requested the at after stay it be returned asked if it was on my Credit card or cash.
Breakfasts served was merger.
I have stayed at better Comfort Inns in this area. I would not go back to this one.

I checked in and was given a new key card twice and both times it didn’t work. I didn’t even get to see the room and i immediately requested a refund. The hotel was disgusting, the elevator was so dirty. There were kids roaming around the lobby area with no parents, other guests super loud & obnoxious. A man (a guest) even aggressively said a smart remark to my son which is 14 years old. Overall just nasty.

Staff was very rude I had to wait 2 hours for them to change the bed that should’ve been changed before I checked in, they have baby roaches so there’s more forsure, and the staff will try to accuse you of smoking in the room for coming back smelling like smoke. I had my 3 year old overall very uncomfortable, would not recommend

Breakfast did not offer too many good quality foods and the rooms had wallpaper tearing from the walls. The pool area has so much rust around the metal layers getting into the pool and the pool floor was peeling. Had to always ask for shampoo and towels because we were not provided those within the room.
