Had roaches killed two IN MY ROOM! shower curtain not clean refrigerator out dated dishwasher dirty the staff was nice but I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all ! 100%truth October 2025

I hate to leave this review because we stayed here in aDec. 2024 and had not one complaint. But this time thefloors weren’t clean. Debris in the corners on the floor. The bed felt like an air mattress. My niece stayed in another room and the bathroom light didn’t work. My microwave was broken so I went to my niece room to heat my sandwich. Not sure if I will book here again.

The floors were nasty my feet were sliding across the room noisy above me someone entered my room while I was in there I didn’t feel safe or comfortable it had an odor throughout the building will not return back to that hotel again

Horrible
Bathroom floor was dirty and the light was so dim that we had to use our cell phones for lighting to shower.
Host at front desk was very unconcerned with my complaint and didn’t try to accommodate me in any way simply told me they would let maintenance know!

The heater sounds like a transfer truck running, the refrigerator sounded like it was going to take off running any moment. When the heater turns off it goes boom. The top of the fridge was dirty and it was bugs in the carpet not sure what kind and the sink look like it was going to fall off the wall at any moment.

This place was so uninviting. Smelled , as I walked in the room the floor bounced, there was mildew in the shower area between the shower and the floor

Avoid this MainStay Suites at all costs.
This place is falling apart. Stains on all of the floor carpets in every hallway. Elevator & every wall shows heavy damage. Only one of our two door keys worked. Our kitchen floor was sticky with who knows what. It has a large breakfast area with only coffee and hot water and a tiny "No Breakfast" sign. I have no idea how this location retains the MainStay Suites branding.

A comfortable experience
Room very clean and spacious. Bathroom was big. Had a kitchenette. Mattress, sheets, pillows amazing comfort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not overcrowded. Would definitely stay again.
