The front desk staff are very friendly my key wasn't working and the 3rd shift wonted to see my signature to match with check in that was impressive over all good place the hot tub and pool could use a little more attention but I'm satisfied

Room was clean. Front desk members not present most of the time i was there. Stairwell areas need a lot of repair. House keeping staff do a fantastic job. Swimming pool and hot tub water looked murky all the time so no bueno.

The mirror in the entry way of the room was crooked, the outlet was dirty. It almost looked like someone had a crazy party prior.

Room was nice. Exit door closest to room had dead battery, so staff said, so had to park and then walk back to lobby to get to room. Had to ask 2 times for towels. Had no housekeeping in the 4 nights that we stayed. Beds and pillows were comfy.

The room was nice and clean. I liked the walk-in shower. There are two good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was good, and the lady that kept things clean and stocked up was fun to talk with. The front desk people were also very nice. If I return to New Berlin in the future, I hope there are vacancies at La Quinta!!
