We only stayed on night here on a quick trip to Colorado. Our room was clean, quiet, & comfy with nice bedding & towels. We liked the security of the facility. My husband wasn’t feeling well and when I started to take his breakfast to our room, the staff gave me a nice box to carry it in. They were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good.

We made our reservations over a month out for OUR WEDDING NIGHT, well in advance, and were notified after our wedding that we were not welcome, and not allowed to stay because “we don’t rent rooms to locals.” They have a policy that if you live within a 50 mile radius of the hotel, they have the option to deny the room to us. Checked in the night before, NO PROBLEMS. We paid well on advance. Despite multiple attempts to find a different solution, Belinda, ultimately became rude, defensive, and made several discriminatory comments towards both my bridesmaid, and myself, the bride. Upon calling the next day, the phone call “disconnected” when I asked for confirmation that we turned in our keys. They refused to provide documentation the next day, and our now refusing refunds despite the fact we were turned away. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional she would not let up check into our room after we had booked and paid for it a month ahead of time.

This was a first rate experience straight across the board! The location could not have been more convenient, it was nice and quiet, plenty of parking, and awesome

The elevaror was broken, but were notified the day before our arrival. Due to elevator down my guess is the property was quieter than normal. We were on the 2nd floor and it was very quiet.
The bed was a littke on the firm side, but comfortable. The room was clean and the air conditioning quiet. Breakfast was a nice assortment.
Internet was down while we were there. That was frustrating. The manager did apologize for that Monday morning before we left. Overall i would recommend this hotel.

Staff were terrific. We rode motorcycles and it was pouring rain. They gave us each garbage bags to cover our bags. The elevator was down and I know they were getting some complaints but they were still very helpful and pleasant.

当我办理入住时，前台的人似乎没有动力，从后面的一个房间出来。不过第二天早上退房的时候前台的人很好。
早餐区前面绿化宜人，前面还有一片森林，早餐吃得很愉快。
马路对面还有沃尔玛，很方便。
