Very clean room and hotel! Staff was very friendly, kids did enjoy the pool. Breakfast was delicious. Will stay again!

Soiled mattress, food and mold in pull out bed. Only help provided was new sheets. Issue was brought up after check in. After issue was mentioned, an entire family was assigned to the same room. I was changing clothes when they walked into my room. They had their own key card. They were strangers.

We left another Property down the street, and came here. It was the best decision. Hreat services, breakfast, pool, clean room.

For a nice place to stay, it was okay. The bathroom had an odor and the beds were rock hard. Staff were friendly and access to road was well marked.

We were a little disappointed with this property. The carpet was stained, the caulking was peeling around the shower. It was VERY noisy, both road noise and noise from both sides, above us and the hallway. The pool was cloudy - we did not go in. We had an issue on our floor and reported it to the front desk with no response at all. We did appreciate the great restaurant next door. Unless you are getting this room for a fantastic rate, look somewhere else. You get what you pay for.

Everything was great except for the bed. The bed is the reason for 1 stars. It was the hardest most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. My husband and I both kept waking up and my body hurt so bad when I got up. We canceled our plans and drove home because of the lack of sleep and my body hurting. I used my reward points for this room and I regret it. If the bed would have been a good bed then I would have rated 5 stars. The customer service and everything else was 5 stars. You would think Comfort Inn would be a place of comfort but it turned into the Discomfort Inn.

酒店回复: I am very sorry to hear that. Every bed in here was replaced last September. They are all SERTA brand. I wish you would have said something while you were here. Once you leave there is not much I can do about the discount depending on your reservation. I would not have been able to help you through *******. The good news. You used no points if you paid through *******. They can not see or do anything with your points. I, at hotel level can no either. So, please call Choice and see if you still have points. Stay anywhere but here
The first four nights of my stay were so bad - I left 2 days early. The noise from the upstairs room was so bad I complained to the front desk twice a day - with no change - then the final straw was the day where there were 2 fire alarms that went off - caused be the same user improperly using their microwave in their room

Pillows were as hard as rocks, causing major neck pain. The people upstairs were loud and jumping up and down. Calls to complain did help some, but the last night, the call seemed to make it worse. The hotel needs better sound proof rooms. I could hear the man in the room next to us talking.
