We had to physically move our beds to plug in the lights for the room. Beds looked as if someone had laid on them prior to us getting there. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Beware!!
It is too old hotel and everything was working at its bare minimum capacity. Breakfast options were very limited, only one person managing the reception and all..
No room cleaning service…
Sofa bed had years old mattress that has worn out its stiffness…
Acs make lot of noise…
I can keep on going and continue to say more… but have to stop at some point…
So I’m stopping here… worse stay!!

Value for your money
The property itself was a bit dated, but the staff and area of the property make up for it. The two floor rooms should all have a full kitchen. The small kitchenette did not make sense for the size of the room, with our large family. The beds were so comfortable, but can use more or better pillows. The pool table and breakfast were a hit with the kids. And the freedom passes are an amazing value that are included in the room.

The people @ the Inn couldn’t have been nicer . Anytime we needed something , they got it for us . Breakfast was continental and convenient . Nice stay for me and my family .

The property was not up to a hotel cleanliness standard. The bathroom shower did not appear to be cleaned well if it all, the carpets had significant staining and other fixtures were clearly beyond their prime. I would not stay at this hotel again given its state without knowing that there had been a significant renovation.

We will never stay here again, tournament or no tournament. Not only was our room dirty, everything was broken or falling apart. The first thing we noticed as we walked into our room was the couch that was literally falling apart. Then we walked into the kitchen where there were coffee stains down the front of the cabinets, followed by the broken microwave, missing outlet faces and a table in disrepair. Next I went to put food in the fridge that was digusting. As I was doing that, we realized the toilet on the first floor was leaking from the bottom after a family member went to use it. We went to the front desk they could not move us, told us not to use the toilet on the first floor of the suite and there was no plumber to be called. They came and cleaned the fridge. The beds were awful, nothing felt clean. The continental breakfast was lackluster as best. We tried to spend as little time in our room as possible. On the last day of our stay our teammates that stayed in rooms on each side of us had mice. I can only imagine what we would have seen if we spent more time in there. Avoid this hotel at all cost!
