It was storming that day which resulted in a power surge. The elevator was up and running by the next morning at 6am due to a technician. Pool was drained due to the water for the last 2 weeks. It was storming so no one has been interested in the pool. We try extremely hard to correct any wrongs on a daily basis. We constantly strive to give the best level of service that we possibly can.Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. The room was fine. Clean and comfortable bed and AC.
Bathroom needs updating.
1. Walk in shower instead of a tub.
2. Shower head had only one setting that worked and it was a small and hard pressure stream.
3. Office chair needs replacing. Couldn't even lean back without falling back.
4. Ice maching not working on first floor. Had to go up to 3rd floor to get ice.

2. 不得不找人来补充空的早餐选择,早上都是。

人们很友好,地方很干净,早餐也不错。但是床太不舒服了,你可以听到房间外面发生的一切。
走廊里很臭。很臭。前台不肯给我 5 岁的孩子多一条毯子,她说有人从房间里偷走了毯子
我不会向住在 Jourdanton/Pleasanton 的人推荐这家酒店。游泳池完全排干,一楼的制冰机无法使用,楼梯间有割草机,电梯无法使用。卧室和浴室很脏。不得不要求换房间,因为第一个房间到处都是头发,床上用品有污渍。不要预订这家酒店,预订除了这家酒店以外的任何地方。

旅馆里没有房间了。我到那里时下着雨。我去停车,发现那里根本没停车位。停车场里停满了白色工作卡车,其中几辆占据了多个车位。我不得不把车停在离入口尽可能远的角落里。还有几辆车也停在了类似的位置,只要能找到车位就停在那里。我不得不冒着倾盆大雨跑到入口处,浑身湿透了。幸运的是,我和朋友一起旅行,所以我可以让她和孩子们在入口处等着。过了一会儿,一位员工才来为我们办理入住手续。我评论说没有停车位,并强调绝对没有停车位。他只是笑着说:“是的。我们知道。我们正在装修。”(如果广告上说了这一点,我就不会预订住宿了。)但他并没有同情地说这句话,好像这很有趣。房间里又热又闷。我们打开空调,当它终于启动时,它整晚都在嗡嗡作响。如果我们把它关掉,房间很快就会变得又热又闷。早上,淋浴水温刚刚好。
