Arrived ten minutes before 9am for breakfast, only to be told she just put everything up, but there’s coffee she said! Front desk guy had to be called to our room twice for help with the tv remote and the ac. Both times he acted as if we were stupid that he had to walk to our room! Terrible customer service. Would not stay there again!

On the plus size the bed was comfortable and they tried to furnish it nicely. The TV and channels were great. However, there were a few dead bugs on the floor and the bathroom was in disrepair. Water on the floor; toilet would barely flush; bathtub was a mess. Plenty of towels but about 3am the guy in the next room blasted his country music so that was it and we got up and left. I don’t know if all the rooms have this trouble but I wanted to give a fair and honest review.

Nice staff but hotel room had broken curtains hanging lose. Also the room and the whole facility had lots of crickets everywhere. We couldn’t sleep with the sound of all the crickets in the room. Also the town had limited places to eat, etc.etc.
Very dissatisfied!!!

The beds are terrible mattress feels like sleeping on on springs room had no ac on floors were sticky room had flies in it.

Our room was just OK. Check in was slow because there was no one at the desk. It took several minutes for anyone to show up. I've never seen a pool like the one at HotelVernon. The water was so green and stagnent, I think you could have walked on the water. It was NASTY.

We had a quiet room close to the lobby. Parked our car next to our room. They had hot water and coffee all the time in the lobby which was more than I expected. Facility was clean. I liked that there was an offer of three fruits for breakfast.

Guy at the front desk was nice. The I had booked and paid in advance for two king beds rooms. One of my rooms was a 2 queen beds no big deal since we had one missing person on our drop. The shower condition was horrible. The other room we had a dead big on our wall and whole near our bed. Definitely not what we expected from pictures. We had to check a day early I was not sleeping one more night with my 1yr old in those condition. Definitely needs a lot of maintenance.
