Heard a child crying most the night and loud partying most the night on Saturday during our stay was not happy about that at all. The rudeness of the guest was uncalled for to other guest. Other then that we had a good trip.

Comfortable stay
I asked for a room on the first floor for my mobility issues. The front desk person gave us a room near the back door on the first floor for ease of getting in and out. Very considerate! Everything was very neat and clean and comfortable. Plastic utensils to eat with. Not eco-friendly and difficult to eat with.

Staff was pleasant and attentive I was on bottom floor and it was extremely noisy and doors slammed all night I couldn’t rest

The staff at this hotel were absolutely beautiful kind breakfast was great. Everything about this hotel. I loved and I will return.

我们的房间没有打扫，入住期间也没有任何清洁服务，即使我们提出要求也没有打扫。我不得不要求换干净的毛巾，厕所需要维修，电梯也坏了。我们住在三楼，我89岁的母亲爬了好几层楼梯才修好电梯。我们本应得到赔偿，但却没有。
