We arrived after 11pm we were checked in promptly and efficiently. Our rooms were lovely and spacious and immaculately clean, the bed was very comfy.Breakfast was nice, the usual buffet, continental style. The staff were exceptional, from the cleaners, the serving staff, right up to the owner, all very attentive. I would definitely recommend this family owned hotel we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Not too close to the main ***** but easy walking distance to the sea. Quiet hotel with clean rooms. Beds are a bit squishy. Good value for a cheap short stay

Nice size room, staff very helpful and friendly. Perfekt distance to the beach and main shopping street. We would absolutely stay there again if we go back

WG aero holiday we sent many of our own guests this season to our heart Bulgaria and stayed here at l&be hotel .... total of 88 guests all season said it's fantastic and 214 people trying their English breakfast and loved it ..... Next season we do our own live webpages and this l&b hotel will be on it thank you all for ur lovely work I'm John Turnell at WG aero holiday

管理太差了。太可怕了，太冷漠了，一家六口人，他们抢走了我孩子的球，他一点也不吵闹，只是从游泳池里掉出来了。他们没有因为人们吸烟和把烟灰扔进游泳池而感到烦恼。真恶心，我注意到他们回复大多数评论说他们在撒谎。真的吗？每个人都在撒谎吗？像躲避瘟疫一样避免。PS - 食物很烂
我们于 2024 年 7 月在这家酒店住了 11 天。3 人间。这家酒店只有 3 星，因为有游泳池。实际上只有 2 星，没有更多了！！！！优点之一。位置好。抵达后，房间和床都很干净。游泳池很干净，但很小。缺点。入住时，他们说床单每 3 天更换一次。他们按时更换了两次，但第三次没有更换床单！房间没有打扫，只换了毛巾、垃圾袋，并补充了卫生纸。除此之外，浴缸从未洗过。11 天内从未更换或补充过洗发水。房间里没有瓶装水。空调漏水，我们打电话给前台，来修理的人和前台的那个人是同一个人（显然，人手短缺）。我必须马上说，前台几乎从来没有人。我们不得不一直按铃按钮，等待，等待，等待！！！隔壁房间的可听性为 100%，隔音效果为 0%，而酒店各处都写着禁止噪音，噪音罚款为 100 保加利亚列弗。如果您延迟退房，则根据接待处的费率...每小时 20 列弗。食物。早餐不错，但没有多余的装饰。水果只有西瓜，而且吃完后不会再补充，而保加利亚的水果应该很丰富。一个单独的缺点是盘子破碎！！！在酒店里，每隔一个盘子就会破碎，里面还有薯条，这是对酒店客人的不尊重。说到餐厅价格。离开酒店吧，那里更便宜更干净！！！！泳池边有奇怪的绿色垫子，模仿草地。状况非常糟糕！！！早就应该更换了。在所谓的餐厅出口。这是一堆同样的草，人们踩上去会绊倒。非常危险！！！！结论：酒店很简陋。员工不友好。他们不打招呼。晚上我打不通前台，电话响个不停，尽管他们说他们24小时工作。
