The pull out bed was poor quality. Should feel springs in my back. No bedding for pull out- went down to ask for bedding and got a comforter with hold in it and stuffing coming out of it.

Hot tub was wonderful....had issues getting into my room and the pool multiple times and staff was very friendly and helpful each time

Clean rooms, great pool and slide, tasty breakfast, great location. I will say the pool area could use a few more lights, but we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay at this hotel if we come to the area again.

The room was clean, the jeys didnt eork very well smand when arrived the tv didnt work and maintenance had to come in to fix it. Otherwise a great stay.

Air conditioner was completely broken, room got up to 80 degrees. when we looked for a staff memeber to bring up the issue no one could be found so we left and went home. We were in the room for only 3 hours and couldnt take it anymore, not worth the money for the condition the room was in. Comfort inn needs to do better about making sure the rooms are comfortable hense thier comany name.. just saying

I thought it was over priced for what you got. The breakfast food items was average. They lady serving worked hard keeping things full and clean. The fans in the bathrooms are so loud. Liked the suites, rooms were clean.

The room was really clean, the AC was controlled on the wall not at the unit, whichbwas a first. Pool area was large, with a 90 ft water slide. The hot tub was very large and powerful jets. Workout room was small, but usable.
The breakfast wasn't anything exciting., as they're was no more eggs made with an hour to go and the bacon was flimsy and microwaved. Ran out of bowls for cereal.
