The breakfast service was terrible. Tables not cleared up. Long waiting times. Told I could only have full breakfast even though I am vegetarian. Reported problem to reception staff.

A lovely place to escape from your busy life
We spent a lovely night at the hotel when visiting Liverpool. The staff was courteous. The room was tidy and impeccable. The view around the property was stunning. The property is located at a tranquil area surrounded by farms. We saw rabbits' family running around on the lawn.

工作人员很棒，房间很漂亮，食物也很好。因为是商务旅行，我非常失望，因为 23 号房间的网络连接很差甚至没有网络连接。那天晚上有一个重要的电话会议，工作人员非常友善，给我安排了一间会议室 - 不过，如果能在自己舒适的房间里就更好了
酒店很棒，员工非常热情、友好、乐于助人。食物非常美味。酒店无可挑剔。天气变暖时，房间里放一台风扇或许是个不错的选择。我想不出任何缺点。

入住和退房时接待服务很好。网络连接很糟糕。房间位置在瓶子处理区上方。两个晚上 10:45 左右都受到干扰
