Good basic stay
Overall, good. Clean, friendly, some updates in main area, room was older but still clean. If you need an elevator, make sure to confirm you can have the bottom floor- no elevator door second floor. My husband loved how they have a “real” freezer in the mini fridge. Super close to the Union Rodeo.

I usually have a great experience at this hotel but this time around was subpar. The staff at the front desk during check in are very great but the cleanliness of the hotel has gone down.

The property was quiet and the staff was nice. The bathroom needed a bit more attention. Overall my 2 night stay was good.

The hotel was completely run down, stains on bedding, pieces of gum on the walls, no ice in the ice machine, no waffle mix for breakfast!!! Garbage around the parking lot!! We’ve stayed there before and used cash at check in and this time we were not able to use cash….seriously!! We will NEVER stay there again!!!!

整个地方破败不堪，房间里弥漫着烟味，没有电梯，只有一个制冰机。Wi-Fi信号极差，墙壁薄如纸，凌晨两点都能听到隔壁三间房的人打电话，还有人大声叫喊。我来这里只是为了工作，以后绝不会再住这里，也不会再来这个城市。
糟糕的体验
抵达酒店后，前台给我们分配了房间。他们告诉我入住期间不提供客房清洁服务。浴室里没有镜子，马桶座圈上还有粪便。前台说他们知道浴室没有镜子。她让我用卧室里的镜子，然后翻了个白眼。
