I have recently returned to Mercure Medias, a hotel that I have visited many times since 2021. I can once again confirm that it is an excellent hotel, with high-quality accommodation, a good restaurant and a spectacular heated swimming pool. I have stayed in the "Fiore" Suite, which provides ample space and all amenities. I also had dinner in the restaurant and was offered a glass of champagne, due to a special event. Such a nice gesture. I once again appreciated the friendliness and positive attitude from all the personnel. Special thanks to Ms. Rebeca N., who has personally taken care of my preferences. Will be back soon!

Lovely and very kind staff. Check in earlier, which was very good.
Spa and pool area was overcrowded and not so clean. A lot of children jumping and playing. The facilities were not as expected from a 4 star hotel. Saunas were out of order.
Had very good dinner and drinks and service though. Some areas of the hotel needed repair.

性价比完全可以，我们特意选择这家酒店是因为它远离城市的喧嚣，当然不能和德国四星级酒店相比，但还是绝对推荐这里，实在是有吐槽。在高水平上，或者更确切地说，典型的德国酒店客人可以使用一个巨大的游泳池，包括桑拿房。房间非常非常干净，我们已经第三次来这家酒店了。随时再次预订。餐厅的工作人员很友好，食物绝对非常美味。强烈推荐，免费停车位充足。 从我们4星来说加上早餐也很好，强烈推荐
