Title: Disappointing Stay - Unclean Room and Poor Service**
I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in, which was a big disappointment. Additionally, the toilet was clogged the entire time, and despite asking for maintenance, the issue was never fully resolved.
To make matters worse, the service at the front desk was poor. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the staff was unhelpful in addressing the issues I raised during my stay.
Given the condition of the room and the lack of proper service, I’m reaching ******* to requesting a refund. I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve for future guests, as my experience did not meet the standard.

Absolutely horrible. Nowhere in their ******* booking process does it say anything about a "Smoking" nor "Non-Smoking" room. Yet when I showed up, the staff claimed that is what I booked. I didn't fight him on it, because I couldn't recall if I missed it in the description during booking. Skip forward: I went back and tried to book the same 2-bed, "Mountain View" room again, and there is nothing noting anything about it. There IS an option to manually type a request (which I never did). I'm convinced that the staff on property edited the booking to assign me a smoking room, because all of these rooms are "Smoking" and gross.
Regardless of the "Smoking" vs "Non-Smoking" (which is honestly a big deal, since we stunk like the room and so did the entire contents of our suitcases) - the place was absolutely gross. Our first room had black mold in the bathroom. I had to request a different room. The guy said nothing to me to dispute it. Didn't ask for photos, didn't want to go inspect it, didn't check the housekeeping logs - nothing. He knew. And he knew when he assigned me that room, that it was disgusting. The carpet was sticky. We didn't want to walk around without shoes. None of the outlets above the nightstand between the beds worked. Those are pretty important for phones and medical devices.
Our second room was the same, with less black mold.
There was no working ice machine on the property.
Both rooms had doors with locks that were not fully cooperating. Shady place.

要不是我在一个藏起来的盒子里发现了它,我就永远也拿不回来了。以后再也不会来了。就算给我钱,我也不会再住这里了。
千万别住这里。工作人员态度很差。而且,他们发布的照片都是假的。天花板油漆剥落,墙壁脏兮兮的,淋浴间里还有锈迹,整个房间都非常不干净。而且,看起来好像有人住在里面,让人感觉很不安全。
我预订了一间特大床房,要求禁烟。结果到店后发现房间里却可以吸烟。二楼有两张床,都是标准双人床。
不过,剥落的墙纸和剥落的爆米花天花板倒是挺搭的。如果这间房的情况能代表其他房间的水平,那它们真的需要翻新了。以后不会再住了。
总体来说体验非常好,只是我入住房间的门锁需要改进。
这家酒店提供吸烟房和无烟房两种选择。房间内不应该允许吸烟。这应该成为过去式了,现在大多数酒店都在取消吸烟房选项。
除此之外,员工很友善,入住也很顺利。一次不错的体验。
浴室里弥漫着尿骚味。很不幸我订了一间吸烟房,但浴室里最浓烈的气味却是尿骚味。
我们没法待在那儿。房间里烟味太重了,我们连走进去都想吐。
