单人旅行者。2023 年 9 月下旬入住 3 晚。温和的季风天气。总体来说，住宿体验很棒。房间很大，冰箱非常有用，床很舒服，枕头很软。每日热水淋浴。空调运行完美。场地退缩，非常安静宜人。不错的印度早餐选择。下午 5-6 点供应下午茶和小吃。我大部分午餐和晚餐都在外面吃，有很多素食和非素食的地方。从酒店步行 3 分钟即可到达市中心，因此不需要开车，可以步行探索。白天和晚上的氛围不同。适合游客和礼品/手工艺品的当地商店。接待处从一开始就非常乐于助人，特别感谢 Ramesh、Rajesh 和 Istiyak。从头到尾都帮助了我。从接待处预订了当地旅游，安全、价格合理、司机乐于助人。一定要去 Lingmala 瀑布。酒店外面每周二都有当地市场，因此可以步行进入和办理入住手续，而不是开车，但非常值得一看。

Let me start with a couple of positives.. The property per se is good and well maintained. The food quality is good. But those are the basics for any resort and probably something that Club Mahindra inherited from a long respected property in Mahabaleshwar. There were far more negatives which I can only attribute to the current management: There are not too many pleasing faces amongst the staff (barring a couple of them in the restaurant). This could very well be because during our stay, they were preoccupied servicing so called VVIPs. We were told the CFO of Mahindra Holidays had checked in ***** with 7-8 others. So the entire staff/ task force was at their beck and call, at the cost of inconveniencing all other guests. The worst was when we were made to wait for well over 45 minutes for breakfast, while a table for 10 was reserved and kept for the CFO's party. We were actually told that it was reserved and kept from the previous night for the next day's breakfast 😂) Their breakfast could have very well been accommodated elsewhere considering this is the peak holiday season and the  property fully occupied by paying customers. We even witnessed an unfortunate senior citizen couple sitting in the open and having their breakfast in the garden furniture. Surely did not expect this kind of service from a Mahindra Holidays property, and that too caused because of the company's leadership no less. One would imagine that they would prioritise building customer loyalty instead of eroding trust with such entitled behaviour. Further, when we checked in we were allotted rooms different from the category of the room we had booked. The front desk was desperate to make us believe that it's the same category for the reasons best know to them! After this kind of an experience, you now have not just us, but a hotel full of people who will never again choose a Mahindra Holidays property and will actively dissuade their circles from talking your membership. All in all a very unpleasant experience! I would consider a refund as the only decent response here.

The food delicious yummy restaurant staff Rimmy Paul,Bibhu,Biplab Das gave their best services, friendly 😋, prices very reasonable , The singer made our evening dinners more cheerful with his Mohd Rafi songs, too talented and inspite of chilling cold he was too good sang from the bottom of the heart ❤️. Staffs are very friendly, sincere and best services. Really appreciate overall excellent services 👏

Had gone second time. Very good service, very friendly and courteous behavior of staff. Neat and clean. Just 5 mins from main market lane. Would love to visit again

Hotel staff are very courteous and I must stay our visit was much pleasant. Rooms could be much more cleaner but understandably due to mist there efforts to address that point could be minimal.

Near to the mall road and gives a heritage feel . Nice ambience. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast spead was okay. The staff were good and nice place for kids. Instagram worthy spots to click some amazing pics. Evening walk in the mall road and exploring the place is easy.

Most amazing and comfortable place to stay. I always loved it. While everything is perfect best part is food Enjoyed Yummy and healthy food from breakfast to dinner . Enjoyed the company of Well trained staff with polite and cute behaviour ☺️

Pros Beautiful resort. Very specious rooms. Very good breakfast combo. Supporting staffs Cons No indoor games . Incase of rain, nothing much to do. Avoid going on Tuesdays. Road to the resort is blocked from 7am-7pm because of local weekly market setup . You need to park your car down and walk through. However resort guys helps to carry your luggages to the resort
