The people checking us in were very nice but that's about the end of anything good I can say.
The pillows on the beds were the size of throw pillows. The sofa bed was literally broken, the feet wouldn't stay up and springs were poking through (room 200). Paint peeling and cracks in the ceiling.
At 430 in the morning guests were allowed to let adults and a baby scream in the hallway for 15 minutes. When I called the front desk to report the issue I was told "they should settle down soon".
I woke up with strange bites (not bedbug) on my back that have taken a week to heal.
The coffee in the lobby in undrinkable and we didn't even attempt to eat the breakfast.

Took more than 5 min for a worker to come out. Wasnt greeted but simply said "reservation? Asked for ID and told me room number w card. Breakfast was meh

This was the first hotel which made me feel the need to check for bedbugs. The room smelt like mildew. The coffee pot was in the bathroom. The overall feel was so dirty. The front desk was “away for service” when we went to check out.

Functional. Served a purpose, but wouldn’t stay again. Pool not available fud to maintenance & you pay for what you get. Budget hotel with budget amenities

There was a shortage of breakfast items. The first day, there was no eggs, sausage or bread for toast (at 8:00 am). The rest of the stay there was eggs. One day, there was 1 breakfast bar. The rest of the stay, there was none.
