I wanted to like this place. It’s spacious and clean enough. The staff was friendly. The rate seemed reasonable. But, but, but, I have to wonder how safe it is. We had electrical and plumbing issues everyday we were there. We spent a significant amount of time tracking down staff to fix these electrical and plumbing issues. The baseboard heater in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working.and the room was very cold. We used the hotel wall-mounted blow dryer another day and it blew out enough to melt the cord. The sink in the kitchen clogged up and backed up into the bathroom sink. We were asked to move to another room on Thanksgiving and it took hours of us waiting around to move to the new room that was being cleaned. The manager asked if we’d like to be comped another visit. No, thank you. We asked to have one day of our four-day visit refunded instead based on the fact that we spent a part of each day working on getting things repaired. He told us he’d get back to us. He did not, but instead waited for us to ask at reception where we were told that the hotel would refund our resort fees instead, which was significantly less than our request. The resort fees still haven’t been removed a week later. We were always polite and they were willing to take all our money with limited responsibility. Nothing worked in the end. Stay somewhere else.

Nice staff. The place was very outdated and needs upkeep. Resort fees should not apply anymore because there aren’t really resort amenities.

The rug was stained and old . The beds were ok . But furniture in the room , worn and beat up. The shower Curtain was wrong size . Water from the shower was all over the bath room floor . Shower head was barely spraying water

I loved the mountain view and the staff was very friendly. The hot tub was also very nice. For a property that is a little aged, the place is very clean and comfortable.

一家中规中矩的酒店。考虑到价格,我们下次还会考虑入住。我喜欢它有复式房间和厨房。住了两晚,没有客房服务,提供的咖啡也不够喝两天。床很舒服,枕头也不错。酒店确实有些老旧,而且位置比较偏,离市区很远。我们没有使用班车服务,因为看到其他负面评价。房间门关上时会砰地一声巨响,即使在我们的复式房间里也能听到走廊上的一切动静。整体来说,没什么特别糟糕的地方,但也谈不上有多出彩。
午夜过后都没有人来接你。大堂的门关着并锁着,我不得不在入口处拿起电话,电话不能用,所以无法获得帮助拿到房间钥匙,我用手机打电话,然后锁箱也不起作用,打不开,我不得不等很长时间才等到保安来帮忙打开箱子拿钥匙,然后他无法让电话工作,也无法打开箱子拿钥匙,他终于打开了,但花了将近 2 个小时才到达我们的房间。我们的房间闻起来很臭,去卧室的楼梯很窄,没有安全扶手,非常困难和危险!!打电话换房间,新房间的情况相同,甚至更糟的是冰箱整晚都发出很大的噪音。我只睡了 2 个小时。
