Thanks for your business.by the another thing frontdesk dosen't know spanish but US has national language English.Anyway Sorry for the in convinience.

For our guest convinience, next door IHOP offered 15% discount for Super 8 Guest. you have to show them guest room key card.For the odor issue, I have shared your feedback with the housekeeping staff to ensure we handle these types of situations differently in the future. CASA GRAND镇上的宾馆,我在那出差,离现场工地很近。宾馆不大,性价比不错;各方面条件都还可以;前台态度好。小镇上商业丰富,有沃尔玛、熊猫快餐、汉堡王等;也有很多诸如卖手机卡之类其他商店。附近非高速路上能看到巨型仙人掌。
位置非常好,去餐厅和商店都很方便。
入住时没什么问题。但我们进房间的时候房门是开着的。我在浴缸里发现了一块用过的创可贴,没有浴帘,而且有一张床的床单是脏的。工作人员反应很快,把所有问题都解决了。我妈妈92岁了,床太高了,她上床很困难。我预订了两晚,但第一晚之后他们没有打扫房间,我本来以为会打扫的,因为第二晚并没有打折。退房时,工作人员送了我们一小盆盆栽,我猜是为了我们遇到的问题表示歉意。我记得我预订的时候是包含早餐的,但实际上除了咖啡和果汁,根本没有早餐。他们说会有一些小糕点,但我两天早上都没看到。总而言之,这是这个地区第二便宜的酒店,所以我也没有期待能有多好的体验。房间很干净,但需要一些小修小补。在我看来,总体评价只有2分。
