There were so many bad things about this hotel. I feel deceived. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay.
1. The room: The room had scratches all over the wall, one that appeared red, perhaps blood? The remote and other items were dirty. The faucet water in the bathroom smelt like a porta potty, the blinds were buckled, the bathroom had a sign that had appeared to be re-attached to the wall poorly along with cigarette stains. In the corner there is plaster coming off from the corner and it appears there was water damage at this property? There was a hum the whole night, I think from faulty wiring. The lights in the room would not shut off completely by the switch and would flicker. I had a hard time sleeping here. The entire place, especially the room wreaked of cigarette smoke. I didn't dare drink or brush my teeth with water from this room.
2. The hotel: hallways were scuffed with scratches. This is all throughout the hotel! The exit sign was at floor level and hung upside down?! The one elevator sounded ******* and worked only on occasion.
3. The pool: The hot tub was a complete joke! It was OVERFLOWING with water, luke warm, very dirty, no working jets and bugs in and near the hot tub! Cold pool
DO NOT STAY HERE.

Staff was great, if I had question or needed assistance they went above and beyond reproach to make sure we were satisfied. Don't forget that if you’re staying here to call front desk as soon as you arrive and they’ll shuttle you from Denver International Airport to the hotel free. Definitely will stay there again when I go back to Denver

Love the suite style rooms, the lovely pool and hot tub with early opening. And love the noon check out.
Staff always top notch!
Wish they had the b-fast buffet during our stay. Pool needs to be warmer.

The room was dirty , but I was way too tired to even notice till the next morning. Everything about the property was halfass. Also , there was two trucks next to ours that the windows were broken in from thieves. Bankley ours was not one of them. This is actually become a very well known problem around airport road. Thankfully, we took all of our stuff out of our truck even though we did not need anything from there. And it was a lot we had to take out due to the back we were overseas.

Pleasant staff. Good food in restaurant. Good location to a variety of restaurants. Shuttle drivers helpful and pleasant. Just need to request in advance. Good value.

People were very friendly. Disappointed the hot tub was not working. Also, ice machines were only working on some of the floors, made it in handy to have cold beverages.

The stay was expected. We arrived at 2 am, and were given keys to an already occupied room. Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal but when you walk in on someone sleeping, and they aren’t fully appropriately dressed, it’s very alarming for both individuals involved! Honest mistake, however could have ended worse! We left and closed the door swiftly.
