There were TICKS in the tub and sink. Now I can deal with a lot of critters. I've stayed in motels that had a couple of roaches, crickets ect. But I draw the line with spiders, snakes or TICKS... we ended up finding a new tickeless hotel.

I have stayed at this property in the past and it has been fine for just passing through. My stay last week was disappointing. The floor in the room was very dirty. There was almost no pressure in the shower and the knob for the shower came off in my hand.

Hot tub was not usable due to very high levels of chemicals. Staff said they add chemicals once a week and we were there on the first day.

The gen manager was a big help in that ******* had not confirmed our room with the hotel. We have had this problem before. That was taken care of and then an issue with the room, also taken care of. The manager on duty was very good.

It was what you would expect of a Motel 8. Clean and everyone was nice. No elevator and don’t up to the Mexican Restaurant across the street. The chips were stale and they pour that Mexican white cheese over everything. Not very good.

Your electric plugs didn't work, had to plug coffee pot in on the floor. Also your beds are terrible, sagging on side and hump in the middle. Couldn't get comfortable. Both beds were like this
