酒店回复: Dear Guest, thanks for your review.we are a 3 star hotel- night porter/reception is not foreseen in this hotel category. At night we have a person on duty for emergencies - you called her at 05.45 ref the hot water.Hot water takes a few minutes to go through the building if most of the clients are still in bed. This happens also in modern buildings. ref Train indications - information may got missunderstood.we are pleased to read that other than these issues you had a pleasant stay at our hotel. best regards from beautiful Pontresina

丰盛的早餐
这是我住过的最好的酒店……相信我！去年我在采尔马特住过一家能看到马特洪峰的酒店，现在这家酒店已经超越了我在采尔马特住的那家😂 我太喜欢这里舒适的高山景色了，是散步的绝佳去处……房间带有阳台，可以欣赏到壮丽的高山景色，早餐也很棒，而且景色也一流……我舍不得离开这里，它现在已经是我心中不可或缺的一部分了。酒店提供火车站接送服务🥰 来自马来西亚的爱
祝一切顺利。房间干净整洁，服务也很好，还有班车服务。
舒适宜人的山景酒店
我们入住时已经很晚了，酒店工作人员非常理解我们，也非常乐于助人。房间实际上是一个迷你套房，包含一间浴室、一间客厅和一间浴室，床很舒服，可以欣赏山景，有很多橱柜和壁橱，餐厅的食物也很不错，入住两天还可以免费获得巴士和火车票。真是个好地方！
房间宽敞，一切都非常干净。早餐很棒，有新鲜的面包卷、精致的面包、奶酪和冷盘。单点菜单可以更丰富一些。但除此之外，一切都绝对是一流的。
酒店非常漂亮干净。有几个小问题：淋浴没有热水。我们打电话给前台，接电话的人听起来像是刚睡醒，我肯定就是刚睡醒。我们问了热水供应情况，他们说因为我们起得太早，所以没有其他人用热水，只要放五分钟就没热水了。有一次退房时，那位女士好像从来没有帮人办理过退房手续，我们时间紧迫，一点紧迫感都没有。我们想请人帮忙去火车站坐冰川快车，但他们根本没听说过这个火车站，还把我们带到了错误的火车站。他们让我们坐公交车，还说车站就在隔壁，我们在那里等着，结果公交车直接开过去了。我们不得不沿着这条街到另一家酒店寻求帮助。如果不是前台那两位女士，这次住宿体验会非常棒。她们差点让我们错过火车！！一点紧迫感都没有！
这家酒店离火车站不远，非常漂亮。入住时，我们收到了当地公交车和火车的交通卡。早餐和晚餐都很棒。我们的房间宽敞、干净，非常舒适。
糟糕的客户服务！！！
我们在这家酒店预订了一晚住宿，但由于途中发生事故而无法抵达。我们打电话解释了情况，酒店却说无论情况如何，都需要收取当晚的费用，我们理解。我们试了好几天，要求酒店给我们开一张收据（显示我们付款的方式），以便保险公司退款。我们一直被无视！太糟糕了！
床垫实在不够用，根本睡不着。报告之后，他们加了床垫罩，这才稍微好了一些。
