Facility was friendly and inviting but a little run down. Room door did not open easily and the bath tub was rusted. The bathroom was clean but not appealing. The bead was firm and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

This property is tucked back off the highway in a small corporate center that is quiet, well lit and has several eateries within (safe) walking distance - pizza, wings and an Irish Pub.
The room was clean, the bed comfortable and it was quiet- no sound of semi-trucks or highway traffic. Parking lot was well-lit and felt secure.
Breakfast was fine, nothing special, typical hot chafing dish with scrambled eggs, sausage & little potatoes, make your own pancake machine, instant oatmeal & cold cereals, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, whole fruits.
We will stay here again.

Very nice place, the man that checked us in was very friendly but I never been to a hotel that charged you $3 for fire and EMS service. Great size room super bed and pillows

I would also like to apologize for the way the $3 was explained to you. The city of Bridgeport has a $3 tax on all hotel stays which is to be used for the EMS and Fire departments in the city. This is technically a city occupancy tax.

Our stay was horrible!! First, our room key didn't work. I had to go back down to the lobby to get new keys. We had to deal with with loud people and kids screaming and running on our floor. We called front desk. They said they had other complaints but nothing was done. Very little sleep!! Then, the next morning we went down for breakfast. There was a bagels. Eggs and everything was empty. There was an hour before breakfast was over. Really??? So, my husband went to get a cup of coffee. Nope!! Just enough for less than a half a cup. Total disappointment!! You pay for the amenities and this is what you get. No one was willing to be helpful. Stay away from this one.

Room and property was clean but shower leaked pretty bad and shower was extremely slick. Breakfast was great and staff extremely friendly and helpful.

酒店设施陈旧，急需翻新。淋浴间没有沐浴露，洗手池的皂液器也是空的。地毯感觉很脏。房间光线太暗，不适合工作。我不得不去嘈杂的公共区域尝试工作。早餐服务员很忙，但我向他反映自助餐有东西缺失时，他一声不吭就走开了，不过后来他确实把缺失的东西补齐了。
