Room was clean but neaded some work. Staff was nice. Wasbt hapoy that the hot tob was outcof order. Thats the main reason I chose this place.

酒店回复: I am so sorry we inconvenienced you. If the hot tub was the main reason you stayed, we would have given a full refund and cancelled your room. Even though you prepaid, we could have refunded you so you could find another option, perhaps a hotel with a hot tub that was open. I am sorry.I am still looking into your bookings, am very confused as to why rooms were cancelled and re-booked for the same date. There was an alert on ********** telling guests the hot tub was closed BEFORE they booked. I am sorry you did not see that. Best wished in your travels. I am so sorry we will not see you again.

Our room had ladybugs flying around the room. Which was gross and annoying. Our room was directly across from the stairs and the door is heavy and slams. The hotel was filled with kids for different sport events. Which was fine, however the noise from the door slamming was continual all thru the night. This is clearly not the hotel's fault at all, but made our stay rather rough.

Our check in was fine. The room size seemed fine; but the toilet was broken when we got there, and we told the front desk about it and they did not fix it. The bathroom sink would not drain. The breakfast food was nasty and cold. The biscuits were not edible. I asked for a ground floor room and was not accommodated. I am disabled and can not walk well. I had to walk two flights of stairs to get to our room. The beds, though comfortable did not appear to be queen size. The toilet was very low and not comfortable at all.

For the most part, it was fine. There were some annoyances though. The hot tub barely had any power in its jets. The internet was wonky - when I first went to sign in, it asked for my last name and room number, but when I went to fill it in, the screen changed and asked for a passcode. I couldn't find anything that told me what the passcode was. I called downstairs three times and no one answered. I finally called tech help. Then, once I was online, it kept shutting down.

Facility was super clean! Staff was exceptionally kind. Room was very clean! And unlike a lot of hotels, the beds were extremely comfortable!!!!

The room was very nice - clean and big. The pool area could use some upgrades; the tile is broken around the pool edge and the hot tub. The hot tub jets didn't work, but the temperature was good. Breakfast had lots of options

我预订这家酒店主要是看中了它的位置和价格，所以一开始期望值并不高，但入住后还是挺惊喜的。酒店看起来像是最近重新装修过，不过感觉装修得比较廉价。酒店很大，但我们到的时候发现停车场几乎没有其他车辆，这可不是个好兆头。地板上到处都是脚印，墙壁和电梯上也有很多擦痕。我们进房间后，电视下面的长凳被推到了过道上，挡住了我们走到床的另一边。它本该在的位置上地板都是碎屑。看起来像是修插座时割开了石膏板，然后就没清理？我真的不知道是怎么回事，反正一团糟。我本来愿意忽略这些，但酒店其他地方的状况也差不多。我们本来考虑去游泳池和热水浴缸，但我看了眼泳池区，发现其中一扇窗户周围有相当严重的水渍。石膏板都鼓起来了，墙壁和泳池之间的地板上有很多掉落的碎屑，有些还漂浮在泳池里。我往热水浴缸里看了一眼，发现好几块瓷砖都掉了。我立刻就对使用这些设施失去了兴趣，也很庆幸没有花20美元预订酒店早餐。床单和床看起来干净整洁，这是最重要的部分，所以我们睡了一觉，然后很早就起床出发了。
