Bed was really stiff, bathroom fan was loud and light flickered. Toilet was not a quick flush, required a longer hold. Otherwise nice.

This is an older hotel and it is showing wear. But.. they have EXCELLENT mattresses and pillows. This was by far the best night of sleep I've gotten on the road in quite a while. I'll stay here again.

Cold breakfast. Old fruit. Sausage and potatoes VERY HARD. Fruit flies in room and bathroom. Water smelled. Toilet did not flush correctly. Dirty, bloody comforter and when addressed to the staff the lady was very rude. Not able to connect to internet. Front desk stated they had issues, two days??? Stated no smoking on property yet guests and staff smoked frequently right out side entrance. Guests were extremely loud and obnoxious in hallway right outside our room, making it difficult to fall asleep until well past midnight. I left my necklace in bathroom and called and told them exactly where I placed it and they claimed nothing was found. Not possible.

酒店回复: I am sorry you miss placed your necklace. If it was in the room, the housekeeper would have turned it in to Lost & Found. We did not find your necklace. To then add so many other issues that are untrue is quite unfair. Just because you are upset that it was lost somewhere else. MANY guests ate breakfast that day and had absolutely no issue with breakfast. In fact, other reviews say it was a good breakfast. There were no stains on your comforter and my Front Desk Agent was not rude to you as you did not report the comforter issue to her. We have 2 cameras at the Front Desk with audio. Showing you never came down to report the comforter issue. There was no issue whatsoever with the WIFI. All you had to do to connect was to click the word that say "Connect With A Passcode" then enter in the password and you would have been connected. This is the exact same process ALL our guest have to do to connect to the internet.

We ended up staying a couple nights due to family emergency. The first night I messed up on the date. Was my fault but I hoped they would refund me, they didn't. The second night we were missing half the curtain so that ******. But overall the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

Family trip not the best hotel to stay at
The smell in the room was awful smelled like smoke, they wouldn’t let us change rooms. Big stain on the ceiling, wouldn’t recommend staying

酒店回复: I am sorry for the issues with your room. However, it was not that we would not move you rooms. It was we could not move you rooms as we were sold out and would have had to kick another guest out of their room to move you to a different room.

Good overall, I didn’t like being assumed of having all kinds of people with me when we got there. Didn’t like the staff checking on my door middle of night because we ordered door dash.

酒店回复: We verify the number of people in a room, the number of nights and the room type at check in as well as if they are traveling with any pets. We do this will all arrivals. The main reason is we charge for pets and we charge $10 extra per adult after 2 adults. As for you r doo, we do security rounds multiple times throughout our shifts. If we see a door left open during a security round, we make a note of it and if we see the door still open on the next security round we do inquire. We do this to ensure our guests have a safe, relaxing stay.

The linen our bed was dirty. I went down with a pillow. It had food on it, the cover that covered the top of us was also filthyi.I told and showed the person at the front desk, and he said that he would have the maid clean it when we came back that evening I checked the bed and all she had done was remake the bad she had not changed the linen .

Comfort Inn Pueblo
First of all, I liked this hotel. But it did need some upgrades and repairs. Everything was clean but looked dated and old. My door handle kept coming off but I was able to put it back on every time and it didn't seem to make any difference with security of the door. Breakfast was basic. No water though.

酒店回复: We have fixed your door handle. We do indeed have water in the breakfast area. It is in the juice machine clearly marked WATER right next to the apple juice, orange juice and kiwi water.
