This is an exceptional hotel. Situated on a beautiful lake with swans and ducks. Beautiful building with an outstanding restaurant with the best duck entre ever. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff are als incredible. A special thank you to Marisa.

Lovely oasis in Karlovac
Only issue with hotel was noise... but as with so many hotels in Croatia, it was constructed before soundproofing was a "thing" - so of you ever have a need or desire to stay in Karlovac bring a sound machine or some ear plugs and enjoy this charming hotel with excellent service and comfortable rooms. Right on the river, in the middle of a lovely park, we very much enjoyed our stay except for being awakened too often and too early by hallway noise. The included breakfast was also good, but repetitive, so maybe not great for a longer stay.

很遗憾，由于房车故障，我们无法抵达。由于酒店不愿取消，我们尝试取消预订，但失败了。他们没有收取床单更换、床单更换、房间清洁和早餐的费用，却向我们收取了全额费用。注意：他们只是小偷，而不是真正的酒店老板！
我带了一大群退休人员去吃午饭，那盘古拉什（gulaš）的量实在是太少了。每个吃古拉什的人都还是饿着肚子。如果你想保持饥饿感，那就去那里吧。我2021年夏天去过那里，之后再也没去过。退休人员说鸡肉对他们来说没问题，但古拉什通常能节省食材。什特鲁德尔（štrudle）也不错，但工作人员有点困惑。
我们已经去过这家酒店三次了，肯定会回来的。
