The room was not clean, the bathroom smells, doors dirty, bathtub dirty, sheets and courtains broken. Air conditioner didnt heat and it was cold. The room smells like cigarettes

As we walked in, we could see stains on the sheets before we even turned the light on. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our A/C we thought was broken at first, did end up working, but barely. We were definitely unable to sleep there. We ended up checking out 30 minutes after our arrival. Don't fall for the pretty pictures and nice reviews. This property was no where what I expected.

Bed was not good. Room was not even like what they showed in pictures in add. Was very disappointed with tbe stay. Will not stay there again.

The room was ok, but the hotel hallways and grounds were filthy dirty. The breakfast was a pop tart, granola bar, and coffee. I was very disappointed. I read some reviews, but they must have been old because they had pictures of a hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, and bacon. I will not be staying here again. The hotels is also along the busy road like most hotels in the area, but the doors did not seal well, and you could hear the cars driving past all night long.

Upon check-in we advised the desk clerk that our daughter was autistic, and can sometimes experience sensory overload and be loud (she wasn't at all our entire stay) but we were advised that if she was heard at all, we would be told to leave. That was not a good first impression. We get to our room, which looked nothing like it was advertised, the floors and door were filthy, you couldn't walk around without shoes on because the floor was gritty and your socks/feet would be black in seconds. There were holes in the wall, roaches, and the door was absolutely filthy. We were only provided 2 towels and 1 wash cloth the whole time we were there, and had to empty our own garbage. When we arrived home, we noticed on our credit card statement that we've been overcharged for the room by over $150.
